Operator Control

Expect more
from your controls.

Bring radio or wired operator controls, displays and feedback together in an interface shaped around your machine and its operating tasks.

01 / Operating position

Put control where
the work happens

The right operating position helps the operator see the machine, its movement and the surrounding work area.

Radio control gives the operator freedom to move with the task. Wired controls provide a direct connection, while fixed controls serve a defined operating position. Choose the approach that fits how your machine is used.

02 / Commands

Control movements.
Direct the task.

Use proportional joystick control when you need to adjust movement directly, and function commands to initiate tasks handled by the machine’s application software.

A pallet shuttle can bring both approaches together: direct movement control alongside task selection, with status returned to the operator.

03 / Feedback

Bring information back
to the operator

Control is a two-way exchange. Commands go to the machine; operating information comes back.

Depending on the device, displays and indicators can present machine status, measured values and notifications alongside the controls. That puts relevant information where the operator is working, helping them understand how the machine is responding.

04 / Machine connection

Connect to your
machine control

Connect the operator interface through an HCS receiver or controller to your existing PLC, or use an HCS controller for the machine logic.

Let’s bring together the controls, feedback and connections that fit the way your machine is operated.
